This is the BEST gluten free pizza dough recipe! It’s so easy to make, perfectly chewy and requires no kneading. Plus, this crust can be frozen for easy dinners throughout the week!
Microwave water until 110-115°F. Mix in sugar and yeast, let sit for 5 minutes. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Add egg, vinegar, olive oil, and water/yeast mixture. Mix until dough forms.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 425°F. Chill dough for 15 minutes
Knead in 1-2 tbsp flour. Roll into 12-inch circle. Brush with olive oil, bake for 12 minutes. Add sauce and toppings, bake for 8-12 more minutes. Cool, slice, and enjoy!
