This vegan banana cake is moist with a tender crumb, completely gluten free and finished with a delicious buttercream frosting.
Puree bananas to get 2 cups and mix with wet ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk in the dry ingredients, spooning and leveling the flours.
Pour the batter into the pans and bake, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in the pans for 15 minutes, then on a wire rack.
Once completely cooled, frost with homemade dairy-free buttercream in either vanilla or chocolate.
