Ingredients

Maple Brown (Coconut) Sugar:

  • 1/2 cup dry old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/41/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 12 tsp coconut sugar
  • 12 tsp maple syrup
  • pinch of sea salt
  • Toppings: 1/2 sliced banana, additional coconut sugar

Chocolate Peanut Butter

  • 1/2 cup dry old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt
  • Toppings: 1-2 tbsp peanut butter, chocolate chips/cacao nibs

Berries & Cream


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (for the flavor of choice) to a pot and bring to a low boil. 
  2. Reduce heat to low and let simmer until thick, stirring occasionally. 
  3. Once it has reached your desired consistency, remove from heat and add banana, peanut butter, berries, coconut cream etc. 

Notes

You may also use all water or all almond milk as your liquid, just be sure to use a total of 1 cup of liquid.
