Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. Whisk together flour, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken with mixture.
Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs. Place on baking sheet. Air fry coated chicken at 380°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Whisk ranch and buffalo sauce, pour over cooked chicken, toss to coat. Serve immediately.
