CRISPY BAKED TERIYAKI TOFU

PREP TIME: 10 minutes  COOK TIME: 30 minutes SERVES:4 servings DIET: vegan, gluten free 

First, cut the tofu into cubes and toss with corn starch and (gf) breadcrumbs. 

Bake until golden brown and crispy. 

Prep the teriyaki sauce. You'll need:

soy sauce vegetable broth maple syrup light brown sugar rice vinegar garlic ginger sesame oil

Coat the baked tofu cubes with the teriyaki sauce, reserving some for serving. 

This teriyaki tofu is easy to make, crispy and perfect served over rice and broccoli!
