Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies


Make your morning a whole lot better with cookies for breakfast! These banana oatmeal breakfast cookies are gluten free, sweetened with just a touch of maple syrup and can easily be made vegan.

Oats Banana Egg Maple syrup Nut butter


Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk together all wet ingredients. Add and mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a wooden spoon. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.



Use a medium cookie scoop to form cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press down slightly with wet fingertips to shape, as the dough is sticky. Bake for 8-12 minutes until edges are golden brown, and the center is still soft. Cookies will firm as they cool.
