GLUTEN FREE BROWNIE COOKIES
PREP TIME: 10 minutes BAKE TIME: 12 minutes SERVES: 12 DIET: dairy & gluten free
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. chocolate 2 eggs 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp sugar 1/3 cup coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla 1/3 cup GF flour 1 tbsp cornstarch 3 tbsp cocoa 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup chocolate chips
First, melt the chocolate and coconut oil.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix in the chocolate chips.

Scoop into cookies. The batter won't be super thick.

Bake until the tops crackle and look shiny.
