These chocolate or vanilla glazed gluten free donuts come together in under 30 minutes, are soft, fluffy and smothered in a simple chocolate or vanilla glaze. This foolproof recipe is sure to be a favorite!
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a donut pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together wet ingredients, then add and whisk in dry ingredients.
Spoon batter into the prepared pan or use a ziplock bag to pipe it in. Bake for 9-11 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick. Let cool for 20 minutes.

For the frosting, melt ingredients in the microwave and whisk until smooth, adjusting oil as needed. Dip the top of the donuts in the frosting, add sprinkles if desired, and enjoy!
