VEGAN & GF CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD

First, whisk together all wet ingredients. You''ll need:

pureed banana oil non-dairy milk brown or coconut sugar flax egg vanilla

Fold in the dry ingredients until smooth.

Add in the chocolate chips and transfer to a lined loaf pan.

Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about an hour

Let cool for at least 2 hours before slicing!

Fluffy, moist and easy to make, this chocolate chip banana bread is absolutely delicious. It's vegan & gluten free, but don't let that turn you off if you're in neither of those dietary camps!
