CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN COOKIES (GF)

These chocolate chip gluten free pumpkin cookies are the ultimate Fall recipe. They’re vegan, soft and chewy with tons of chocolate chips and plenty of pumpkin spice. 

First, cream together the pumpkin, sugar, vanilla and butter.

Fold in the gluten free flour, baking soda, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, salt and chocolate.

Bake until the edges are golden brown and the tops look crackly.

Let cool, then sprinkle with salt and enjoy!
