First, whisk together the wet ingredients. You'll need:

apple sauce egg or more apple sauce brown sugar dairy free butter vanilla

fold in the dry ingredients until well combined.

swirl with cinnamon sugar

bake until a toothpick comes out clean, then drizzle with cream cheese glase.
