These banana bread cinnamon rolls are the best of both worlds. They have the sweet and tender flavor of banana bread with the fluffy texture of cinnamon rolls. They’re gluten-free, dairy-free friendly, and so fun to make!
Heat milk and butter then set aside. In a stand mixer bowl, combine flour, sugar, instant yeast, baking powder, and salt.
Mix with bread hook. While running on low, add warmed milk, banana puree, butter, and vanilla.
Transfer dough to floured parchment paper, roll into rectangle.
Brush with softened butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, add bananas and walnuts.
Slice into 10 strips, roll each into cinnamon roll, place in baking dish.
Let the dough rise before baking in the oven.
Whisk together glaze ingredients. Top rolls with glaze after cooling. Serve and enjoy!
