CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA MUFFINS

First, whisk together all wet ingredients. You'll need:

banana egg or egg replacer brown or coconut sugar coconut oil vanilla apple cider vinegar

Whisk in the dry ingredients until a smooth batter forms.

Fold in the chocolate chips and add to a lined muffin pan. 

3.

bake until the tops have risen and a toothpick comes out clean.

These muffins are gluten free, can easily be made vegan and are moist, fluffy and SO easy to make!
