You'll need:

eggs apple sauce oil  cane sugar light brown sugar vanilla  GF all purpose flour  almond flour baking powder baking soda salt tsp cinnamon ginger nutmeg cloves 3 cups grated carrots

1) Beat together all wet ingredients in a bowl. 

2) Add in all dry ingredients and grated carrots. 

3) Add the batter to lined cake pans. 

4) Bake at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean. 

Let cool completely before frosting with dairy free cream cheese buttercream.
