Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
This gluten free pumpkin bread is moist, full of pumpkin spice and finished with an easy cinnamon streusel topping. It’s easy to make and perfect with or without chocolate chips!
First, whisk together the pumpkin, eggs, sugar, melted butter and vanilla.
Fold in the gluten free flour, baking soda, spices, salt and chocolate chips.
Top with cinnamon streusel and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool, then top with a maple glaze icing!
