GLUTEN FREE COFFEE CAKE

This gluten free coffee cake is moist, tender, perfectly spiced and topped with an easy cinnamon streusel. It’s dairy free and perfect as a simple dessert or alongside your morning coffee.

First, make the batter. You'll need eggs, butter, gluten free flour, baking powder, greek yogurt, sugar and vanilla. 

Add to a baking pan and top with cinnamon streusel.

Bake at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean.

Finish off with a glaze made from maple syrup and powdered sugar. 

This recipe tastes just like starbucks and is so easy to make!
