Gluten Free Marble Pound Cake

This gluten free marble loaf cake is a total show stopping dessert! It’s naturally dairy free, moist with a delicious chocolate glaze. I promise, it’s surprisingly really easy to make!

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, beat the wet ingredients, then add the dry ingredients (excluding cocoa and espresso) and mix until smooth.

Separate 1 3/4 cups of batter, mix in warm water, espresso, and cocoa powder.

Alternate spoonfuls of each batter into the pan and swirl for a marble effect and bake.

Optionally, drizzle a chocolate glaze over the cooled loaf before slicing and serving.
