Gluten Free Naan Bread

This homemade gluten free naan bread is light, fluffy and even made without yeast! It’s incredibly easy to make with just a few simple, everyday ingredients.

Mix yogurt, water, egg, and melted butter in a bowl.

Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt to form a dough. Avoid adding extra flour, but if needed, add a tablespoon of water.

Chill dough for an hour. Roll out portions of dough on floured parchment paper.

Cook in a greased cast iron skillet until bubbly and golden on both sides. Brush with melted butter and top with cilantro and chives.
