GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP OATMEAL COOKIES

These gluten free oatmeal cookies are chewy yet crispy and filled with melty chocolate chips. They’re made in one bowl, nut free and even dairy free.

First, cream together the butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. 

Fold in the gluten free flour, oats, baking soda/powder, cinnamon, salt and chocolate. 

Chill the dough for 30 minutes, then scoop into balls. 

Let cool, then top with flaky salt and enjoy!

These cookies are chewy, perfectly sweet and so easy to make.
