GLUTEN FREE PUMPKIN MUFFINS
These gluten free pumpkin muffins are the perfect Fall recipe. They’re filled with chocolate chips and topped with cinnamon streusel. They’re light, fluffy and so easy to make!
First, which together the eggs, pumpkin puree, sugar, coconut oil, vanilla and vinegar.
Fold in the gluten free flour, spices, baking powder/soda and salt.
Add in the chocolate chips, transfer to a muffin pan and top with streusel.
Bake until a toothpick comes out clean!
These muffins are fluffy, soft, perfectly spiced and taste like Starbucks!
