BAKERY STYLE GLUTEN FREE SUGAR COOKIES

"Made these for my kids and they absolutely loved them that I had to make another batch! I followed the recipe as exactly as written. Thank you for the delicious recipes! Love them all!!"

First, make the dough. You'll need:

gluten free all purpose flour almond flour baking soda baking powder vegan butter granulated sugar non-dairy milk vanilla

Roll into balls then let sit in the fridge to set. 

2.

Bake for about 10 minutes, slamming the tray down every few minutes for the crackly top look. 

3.

Let cool, then dig in!

These gluten free sugar cookies are nice and big with chewy centers and perfectly crispy edges. They also just so happen to be vegan and ready to eat in under an hour!
