FROSTED VEGAN  PUMPKIN  COOKIES

These vegan pumpkin cookies are soft, perfectly sweet with just the right amount of pumpkin spice. Not to mention they’re vegan, gluten free and made with good for you ingredients.

First, beat together the wet ingredients, then fold in the dry ingredients.

Scoop into balls, then flatten with your hands.

Bake for about 10 minutes!

Frost with the vegan cream cheese icing and enjoy!
