Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and remove skin if desired. Whisk together marinade ingredients in a bowl, then add salmon and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Heat skillet with oil, add salmon, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until crisp. Add marinade and cook until sauce thickens.
Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, avocado, cucumber, edamame, and sriracha mayo. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
