This lemon smoothie is creamy, sweet, and perfectly tangy. It’s made with pineapple, mango, fresh lemon juice and zest, and greek yogurt for added protein. This vegan smoothie recipe is the perfect summer refreshment!
Add all ingredients to a blender. I like a high speed blender for smoothies.
Blend until completely smooth. Add more milk as needed to help blend, how much you need will depend on the power of your blender.
Taste and adjust flavors as desired.
