Oat Flour Chocolate Chunk Cookies


These oat flour cookies are soft, chewy and so easy to make. They’re naturally gluten free, filled with chocolate chunks and can be made refined sugar free. The perfect recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Key ingredients


Combine softened butter, both sugars, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl or stand mixer. Beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients, excluding chocolate, and fold in chocolate chips or chunks.



Chill dough for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350°F. Use a large cookie scoop to form balls, press extra chocolate on top. Bake for 12-16 minutes until golden. Cool before serving, sprinkle with salt flakes, and enjoy!
