PEANUT BUTTER CHICKPEA BLONDIES

These peanut butter chickpea blondies are a healthy and high protein treat when your sugar cravings strike. They're vegan, gluten free and only take about 10 minutes of prep!

First, add all ingredients to a food processor. This includes:

chickpeas peanut butter almond flour maple syrup coconut sugar vanilla salt tapioca starch baking powder cinnamon

Process until completely smooth.

Pulse in the chocolate chips, then transfer to a baking pan.

Bake until a toothpick comes out clean.

These blondies are gluten free, vegan, refined sugar free and so easy to make!
