PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

PREP TIME: 10 minutes BAKE TIME: 10 minutes  SERVES: 15 DIET: dairy free, gluten free

KEY INGREDIENTS:

brown sugar white sugar egg vanilla peanut butter (dairy free) butter gluten free AP flour baking soda salt chocolate chips

Step 1: cream together butter and sugar

2) Beat in all wet ingredients

3) Fold in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips

4) Scoop into 2 inch balls and chill. 

Bake at 350 for 11 to 14 minutes.

These gluten free cookies are chewy, with crispy edges and so easy to make!
