This vegan gluten free chocolate cake is rich, made in one bowl, moist and loved by all types of eaters! This is my go-to recipe to impress a crowd or for any special occasion.
Combine almond flour and protein powder. Microwave peanut butter for 20 seconds to soften, then add to flour mixture along with maple syrup, milk, and vanilla.
Mix until combined, adding more milk if needed.
Fold in chocolate chips. Optionally, roll into balls and store in the fridge.
