THAI RED CURRY NOODLES
PREP TIME: 10 minutes COOK TIME: 10 minutes SERVES: 4 servings DIET: vegan, gluten free
First, make the sauce. You'll need:
3-4 tbsp red curry paste 3 tbsp tomato paste 1-2 tbsp soy sauce 4 cloves garlic 1 tbsp grated ginger 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp maple syrup 1 lime 1 tsp cornstarch
Toss with your cooked noodles of choice. I like rice noodles to keep it gluten free.
These Thai red curry noodles are vegan, GF and ready in just 15-20 minutes!
Serve as is or with added veggies or protein of choice like tofu or chicken.
