FUDGY BROWNIE SKILLET
PREP TIME: 5 minutes COOK TIME: 35 minutes SERVES: 8 DIET: gluten & dairy free
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips 1/3 cup coconut oil 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup red wine 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp GF all purpose flour 3 tbsp cocoa 1 tbsp tapioca 1/4 tsp salt
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and transfer to an 8 inch skillet.
Bake until the top is shiny and a toothpick comes out clean.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream!
