STICKY SESAME CAULIFLOWER

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes Serves: 4 Diet: Vegan and gluten free
First, coat the cauliflower in the batter. You'll need:
rice flour (can sub for AP flour) arrowroot or corn starch non-dairy milk garlic powder breadcrumbs
Bake until crispy at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. About 30 minutes.
Whisk up the sauce until thick and sticky.
Coat the sauce with the cauliflower and serve immediately.
This recipe is vegan, gluten free and tastes just like take out! Serve over rice with fresh chopped scallions.
