First, saute the garlic with olive oil.
Add in the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, rice vinegar, maple syrup and cornstarch. let simmer to thicken.
Add in the chickpeas and simmer until thick and sticky.
Serve with fresh rice and steamed broccoli & enjoy!
