These small batch chocolate chip cookies are the perfect recipe when your chocolate cravings hit! They have perfectly crisp edges with chewy, buttery centers.

- butter - brown sugar - egg yolk - gluten free all purpose flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a bowl, cream together with an electric mixer. Add egg yolk and vanilla, beat until smooth.
