Spicy Chili Garlic Noodles

These spicy chili garlic noodles are ready in about 15 minutes and FULL of flavor. They’re gluten free and vegan but delicious with some extra stir fried veggies and your choice of protein!

Noodles Shallots, garlic & onion Soy sauce Chili garlic sauce Sriracha

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil noodles according to package instructions. Sauté shallots and garlic in oil until browned, then add white part of scallions and grated ginger.

Mix in remaining sauce ingredients, adjusting sriracha and chili sauce to taste. Combine cooked noodles with sauce and simmer to absorb flavors.

Optional: add diced roasted red peppers or sautéed veggies. Adjust flavors as desired. Serve with vegetables or protein of choice. Top with red chili flakes and remaining chopped scallions. Enjoy!
