These spicy chili garlic noodles are ready in about 15 minutes and FULL of flavor. They’re gluten free and vegan but delicious with some extra stir fried veggies and your choice of protein!

1) Saute the garlic, shallot, ginger and scallions.

2) Add in soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and sriracha.

3) Combine with cooked rice noodles.

Top with extra red chili flakes for more spice!
