VEGAN BLUEBERRY  PIE BARS

These blueberry crumble bars are fresh, flavorful and easy to make. They’re naturally gluten free, vegan and perfect with a dollop of coconut whipped cream on top!

First, combine all ingredients for the crust.

almond flour quick oats coconut oil  almond butter maple syrup light brown sugar  vanilla  cinnamon salt baking powder

Press into an 8x8 baking pan and bake at 350.

2.

Add blueberries, lemon juice and maple syrup to a pot and simmer until thick.

3.

Add the filling on top of the crust, then bake again!

These blueberry pie bars are healthy, vegan and so easy to make!
