VEGAN BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP

PREP TIME: 10 minutes COOK TIME: 20 minutes SERVES: 4 servings DIET: vegan, gluten free

1) Saute the diced onion and garlic with olive oil. 

2) Add in the carrots and celery and saute until soft. 

3) Add all ingredients and bring to a boil. 

4) Transfer to a blender and blend. Add in the broccoli and pulse to combine. 

Serve hot with croutons or enjoy as is!
