EASY VEGAN CHICKPEA BURGERS

INGREDIENTS:

1 can chickpeas 1 onion 4 cloves garlic 2 tbsp  oil 1 tsp paprika  1 tsp cumin 1/2 cup  cilantro 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 cup  oats 2 tbsp tomato paste 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.

Process until smooth, but with a few chunks.

Shape into a burger and bake at 400 for 35 minutes, flipping halfway.

These vegan chickpea burgers are the easiest and most flavorful veggie burger. They take only 10 minutes of prep time and can be frozen for meal prep!
