– chickpeas – olive oil – red onion – garlic – plain hummus – turmeric – umin – salt – black pepper
Saute diced onion and minced garlic in olive oil.
Pulse drained and rinsed chickpeas in a food processor before adding to the skillet with remaining ingredients.
Allow flavors to blend. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve with toast, greens, avocado, or as desired.
