VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIP BLONDIES

Easy, sweet and made in one bowl, these vegan blondies have juuust the right amount of chocolate in every bite. Plus, they’re also gluten free and ready in 30 minutes!

First, whisk together the wet ingredients. This includes:

almond butter brown sugar maple syrup coconut oil  vanilla

Add in the gluten free all purpose flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips.

Fold in the chocolate then add to a lined 8x8 inch pan.

3.

Bake just until the edges are golden brown.

These vegan chocolate chip blondies are chewy and SO easy to make!
