VEGAN MATCHA PANCAKES
Made with oat flour, these MATCHA pancakes are gluten free and vegan friendly. Perfect for a weekend breakfast or meal prep!
First, whisk together the oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and matcha.
Whisk in the apple sauce, non-dairy milk, sweetener of choice and vanilla.
Cook on a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!
