MATCHA SUGAR COOKIES

These chewy matcha cookies are vegan, gluten free and so easy to make! They’re just like a sugar cookie, but with matcha for a fun twist. They’re made in one bowl and perfectly sweet.

First, make the dough. You'll need vegan butter, apple sauce, sugar, vanilla, flour, baking powder, matcha and salt.

Roll in sanding sugar and bake at 350 for 12 minutes.

Let cool, then sprinkle with more sugar.

Enjoy as is or add white chocolate chips to the batter!

These cookies are soft, chewy and so easy to make.
