PB & J BAKED OATMEAL

This peanut butter and jelly vegan baked oatmeal is made with simple, wholesome ingredients, this is the perfect oatmeal recipe to fuel your day. It’s gluten free and incredibly easy to make!

First, whisk together the dry ingredients. 

rolled oats cinnamon baking powder salt flax meal

Add in the almond milk, apple sauce, peanut butter, vanilla, maple syrup and stir well. 

Transfer to a baking dish and swirl in jam of choice. 

Bake for 30 minutes, then top with more peanut butter and fresh berries
