BASIL RICOTTA STUFFED SHELLS

VEGAN!

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes Serves: 4  Diet: Vegan and gluten free

First, make the vegan ricotta. You'll need:

cashews and/or almonds basil lemon juice nutritional yeast salt pepper

Stuff into your cooked shells and add sauce to your pan.

Bake until golden brown and slightly bubbly, and top with extra sauce.

serve hot from the oven!
