TAHINI CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES

These vegan tahini cookies are crispy on the outside with rich and gooey centers. They're loaded with chocolate chunks or chips and even gluten free!

First, cream together the tahini, coconut oil, sugar, apple sauce and vanilla.

Fold in the gluten free flour, cornstarch, baking powder/soda and chocolate chunks.

Scoop into balls and bake until just golden brown on the edges.

Let cool, then sprinkle with salt and enjoy!
