THE BEST THAI NOODLE SALAD

PREP TIME: 10 minutes  COOK TIME: 10 minutes SERVES: 6 servings DIET: vegan, gluten free 

First, prep the peanut sauce and your veggies. You'll need:

brown rice noodles bell pepper carrot edamame cabbage peanut butter soy sauce cilantro

Slice or shred all of your veggies and add to a bowl with cooked noodles of choice.

Pour on top the peanut sauce.
