Orange Cantaloupe Smoothie

This orange cantaloupe smoothie is the perfect refreshment on a hot summer day. With fresh melon, juicy oranges and yogurt for a rich and creamy feel. It tastes like a healthy creamsicle!

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges peeled
  • 1 ½ cups cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 frozen banana or 1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • ¼ cup dairy free greek yogurt or yogurt of choice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth, adding more milk as needed to thin if you used mostly frozen fruit.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Feel free to add a scoop of your favorite protein powder or collagen peptides for a little protein boost.
If you prefer smoothies really thick, you can start with a bit less milk, especially since the oranges and cantaloupe contain so much water as is.
