Fluffy Protein Waffles

These fluffy protein waffles are a homemade take on Kodiak waffles! They're made with simple ingredients like eggs, greek yogurt and protein powder for a simple, high protein breakfast recipe!

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¾ cup quick oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until a smooth batter forms.
  • Add to a heated waffle iron and cook per your waffle iron instructions.
  • Place on a wire rack while you wait for the others to cook.
  • Serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup and enjoy!
