Air Fryer Apples

These air fryer apples are the perfect Fall snack, healthy dessert or addition to your breakfast. They're ready in 15 minutes, made with just a few simple ingredients and sweetened with maple syrup.

large apples
I like honeycrisp

maple syrup

butter
melted

vanilla extract

cinnamon

nutmeg

Instructions
Peel and dice the apples and to a mixing bowl.
Melt the butter in a small dish, then whisk in the maple syrup, vanilla, spices and salt.
Add 2 tablespoons of the mixture to the apples and toss to combine.
Air fry at 370 for 10 minutes. At the halfway point, toss with 1 more tablespoon of the maple mixture.
When done, toss with the remaining maple mixture.
Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or top of your favorite pancakes. Enjoy!
Notes
For a vegan version, swap the butter for dairy free butter or refined coconut oil.
