Healthy Vegan Cookie Dough

This vegan healthy cookie dough is the perfect recipe to whip up when you're craving something sweet! It's made with just a few simple ingredients, refined sugar free and even paleo.

Ingredients

blanched almond flour
▢

tbsp
coconut flour
▢
3
tbsp
vegan butter
melted
▢

tbsp
maple syrup
▢
1
tsp
vanilla extract
▢
pinch of salt
▢
¼
cup
chocolate chips
or to taste

Instructions
Add the butter to a bowl and melt in the microwave.
Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl except for the chocolate chips and mix well to combine.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Taste and adjust flavors as desired. I sometimes add a sprinkle of granulated sugar for a slightly sweeter version, but up to you!
Stick in the fridge for about 20 minutes to harden. This will also help the flavors combine really well.
Transfer to bowls to serve, or roll into balls.
Notes
The coconut flour can be subbed with tapioca starch, though this will change the flavor/texture a bit.
